Baked Sole Fish Recipe
Baked Ingredients
- Sole fillet – 500 gms
- Breadcrumbs – 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan Cheese – 3 Tbsp
- Paprika – 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable – 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Season the fillet salt.
- Whisk together oil and lemon juice.
- Coat the fillet with this mixture.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the fish. Sprinkle parmesan and paprika.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with sliced lemon wedges.
