Baked Sole Fish Recipe

Baked Ingredients

  1. Sole fillet – 500 gms
  2. Breadcrumbs – 3 Tbsp
  3. Parmesan Cheese – 3 Tbsp
  4. Paprika – 1/2 tsp
  5. Vegetable – 1/4 cup
  6. Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
  7. Salt – to taste

Method

  1. Season the fillet salt.
  2. Whisk together oil and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the fillet with this mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the fish. Sprinkle parmesan and paprika.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with sliced lemon wedges.
